At Caring Times Owners Club events, suppliers have a unique opportunity to connect with care owners/directors in an intimate setting.
Delegates at our events are care owners/directors (verified against Companies House when they sign up), so you know that you’ll be meeting high-level decision-makers and budget-holders when you attend.
All suppliers at Caring Times Owners Club get:
- 8 matchmade meetings with care owners. Before the event, we ask the owners what kind of suppliers they want to meet. This means you’ll be presented with high-quality, pre-qualified leads on the day and only meet with owners who are interested in doing business with you.
- The opportunity to continue these conversations and meet other delegates throughout the day during networking breaks, and over drinks in the evening.
- Access to content sessions between your meetings, so you can hear from expert speakers and stay up-to-date with key developments in the sector.
- Dinner and an overnight stay in the luxury hotel included in the cost of attending. There are also opportunities to book golf/spa sessions the following morning. *Doesn’t apply to day events at IET London: Savoy Place.


At each Caring Times Owners Club event, we have a limited number of spaces available for suppliers – and we allow a maximum of two companies per supplier category (e.g. legal, finance, software, training, etc). This means you’ll be one of only two companies in your field of expertise attending. Make sure you book your space early to get ahead of the competition!
